It is a prepaid card that can be loaded with crypto assets.
Currently, we only accept passports for KYC. KYC authentication usually takes a few minutes, but if it is not updated after a while, please perform KYC again or contact customer support.
It can be used for payments at online and offline MasterCard-affiliated stores. It can also be used to pay for subscriptions. It cannot be linked to Apple Pay or Google Pay (as of March 2024).
Customer assets are protected by robust security measures, including data encryption, access controls, and continuous detection and monitoring for unauthorized access and suspicious behavior.
To apply, register an account, pay a $300 issuance fee, and complete KYC.
It is usually issued within about two weeks. During the beta test period, we will send you instructions on how to issue a card as soon as they are ready, so it may take longer than usual.
A 3D Secure message will be sent via SMS to the number registered to your Card. If the message does not arrive, it will be resent to WhatsApp, so please ensure WhatsApp is set up with the number registered to your Card.

All deposits are transferred to UTGL, a public trust company registered under the Trust Ordinance and insured, and are managed safely (license number TC007054).
